Col. William MacDonald told reporters in Tikrit. He said the operation was focusing on the area around Qara Tappa, around 80 miles north of Baghdad.\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p><strong>O<\/strong>peration <strong>I<\/strong>vy <strong>L<\/strong>ightening, huh?
