Even adult women would not be allowed to get the procedure. The bill eventually passed 160-0, with no debate.<\/p>\n<p>  Amendment sponsor Rep.\u00a0Bill Heath, R-Bremen, was slack-jawed when told after the vote that some adults seek the piercings.<\/p>\n<p>  &#8220;What? I&#8217;ve never seen such a thing,&#8221; Heath said. &#8220;I, uh, I wouldn&#8217;t approve of anyone doing it. I don&#8217;t think that&#8217;s an appropriate thing to be doing.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>  The ban applies only to women, not men.\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Well, of <em>course<\/em> it only applies to women. Nobody&#8217;s gonna tell us menfolk what we can and can&#8217;t do with our peckers (as long as we&#8217;re not doing them with other men, y&#8217;hear?)!<\/p>\n<p>I do wonder just how they intend to enforce this law, though.
