a good time at the <a href=\"http:\/\/blog.meetup.com\/1\/\" title=\"The Seattle Weblogger Meetup Group\">Webloggers Meetup<\/a> last night. There were a few new faces in attendance, and lots of kids, which was fun &#8212; <a href=\"http:\/\/www.smartbrother.org\/\" title=\"Smart Brother\">Jon<\/a> and his wife <a href=\"http:\/\/joy.madisons.com\/\" title=\"Jesus, Family and Scrapbooking\">Joy<\/a> brought <a href=\"http:\/\/www.flickr.com\/photos\/djwudi\/14591952\/in\/set-252166\/\" title=\"Jaylie, Jaden, May Seattle Webloggers Meetup, Ralph's Grocery, Seattle, WA\">their three kiddos<\/a> (Jon got a really nice <a href=\"http:\/\/www.flickr.com\/photos\/smartbrother\/14601590\/\" title=\"djwudi\">profile shot of me<\/a>, too), and Eric was there with his <a href=\"http:\/\/www.flickr.com\/photos\/djwudi\/14591581\/in\/set-252166\/\" title=\"Eric, May Seattle Webloggers Meetup, Ralph's Grocery, Seattle, WA\">really cute little boy<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Some time ago at one of the Jason Webley concerts, a girl had come up to me and told me that I was apparently a doppelganger for her husband. Turns out that <a href=\"http:\/\/www.flickr.com\/photos\/djwudi\/14592002\/in\/set-252166\/\" title=\"Kristen, Matt, May Seattle Webloggers Meetup, Ralph's Grocery, Seattle, WA\">she and her husband<\/a> were there last night, and after the story was told, a few of the people around us agreed that yes, there&#8217;s definitely a resemblance. Apparently it&#8217;s not <em>quite<\/em> as close as it was a while ago &#8212; I&#8217;ve let my hair grow out, and he&#8217;s shaved off his face fuzz &#8212; but if I&#8217;m going to have a twin running around town, I could <em>certainly<\/em> do worse than <a href=\"http:\/\/www.bestkungfu.com\/\" title=\"bestkungfu weblog\">Matt May<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Much of the fun of the evening came not from those of us gathered for the Meetup, though, but instead from across the street where the hardcore <a href=\"http:\/\/www.flickr.com\/photos\/djwudi\/sets\/353181\/\" title=\"Star Wars Episode III: Revenge of the Sith\">Star Wars fans were lining up<\/a> for that evening&#8217;s 12:01am first showing of Episode III.
