There was no cover sheet, and no TO: or FROM: information that we could decipher. We saved it for a month to see if anyone would actually claim it, then were going to throw it away when I decided that it was too gloriously insane to lose. I saved the papers, taped them together, and laminated it for safekeeping. I&#8217;ve had it ever since then.
