And I bet you thought you knew what WWW stood for...

I decided to create this page after getting in touch with a couple people also going by the name Woody, either in real life or on the 'net. The idea had been bounced around a couple of times, and I finally decided to buckle down and do it. Heck, someone's got to, right? (grin)

So, here we are. Maybe you've seen some of these before, maybe not. In any case, the name seems to go hand in hand with some form of creativity, so enjoy the websites you find...

Woody's World of Wonders
Okay, maybe a little cheesy to start off with my own homepage, but hey, I'm the one doing this, okay? (grin)

WoodyWorld
The first Woody to get ahold of me. Was originally his suggestion to start a page 'o Woody's, I just had to bounce it around in my head to decide how I wanted to set it up.

Ed Woody's Homepage
With links to Wierd Al, Calvin and Hobbes, and Animaniacs, how can you go wrong? Wierd, maybe, but not wrong...

Woody Welcomes You!
This is getting fun...four links down, and we've already got an Aussie Woody in the mix! Amazing...and if you're ever bouncing around IRC, look for {Woody}...should be this guy. Say hey...

Woody's Home
Now introducing Woody Lee, a research associate at Texas A&M. There were actually a lot more big words involved in that, but me being a bear of very little brain, I lost them between Netscape and here. (shrug) Lots of weather info, and other fun bits near the end...Hey MO! Nyuk nyuk nyuk...

Welcome to Mr. Woody's World!
Hey...it's another Mac user! (grin) Pat Woods, a graphic designer has started staking his claim in the Web, and joins us all here. Has a bit of a portfolio up...things like this make me realize just how little true drawing ability I have. Ah, well...

do not adjust your eyeballs
Yeah...you'd think they'd come adjusted straight from the factory. (shrug) Normal links aren't even good enough for this Woody...he's got to have 'sausage links' on his page. Bummer...a pun I should have thought of earlier.

--------Woody's Place--------
Woody's Casa...and life is a fiesta! Music and reference links, and we have our first Web-professed Doom fan. I'm jealous...my machine won't even think about running that, just snickers when I mention it. Anyway...

Woody
I think the first truly famous Woody on the list...and certainly the first computer-generated one! (grin) Once I found this website, I knew I couldn't pass it up for the list.

Woody Page
woody out of portland's raucous music scene emerges woody. the band the crowd's are going wild over. the band the critics love to hate. the band rolling stone called "the latest sensational young band to emerge from portland's fecund music scene."...or, maybe...?

WoodyWare
WoodyWare is the name given to Software written by Jerry Woody. With his first program, Valley Girl Fortunes, written in 1991; the WoodyWare software library now consists of over 30 programs. These programs mostly consists of what is known as BBS Doors; remote programs that run remotely under BBS programs. Here you'll find a list of featues that have made WoodyWare an INTERNATIONAL leader in telecommunication software!

Woody Pollack's Home Page
Buffett, Buffett, Buffett. Gotta love Jimmy. This Woody's a Junior Computer Science Major whose interests include Virtual Reality and Jimmy Buffett. And parrots, ap-'parrot'-ly (ugh), from his page. (grin)
Woody's Web World
Keep your hands and feet inside the car at all times. Woo. Okay. (grin) The latest Woody to join us wrote me with a question I should probably start asking of those who find this page... "I'm curious as to how everyone came to use the name "Woody". As for myself, I like to play chess, and I started going by the name "WoodPusher," everyone I contacted started calling me "Woody," and that is how I came to use the name."

Are you a Woody? Would you like to be listed here?

E-mail me with your WWW address and I'll put you up on the list. If you'd like your own summary by your entry, include that...and for those of you that I've already written stuff for, if you'd like something different, just let me know and I'll change it. Laters, folks...
