Just some interesting stuff I’ve stumbled across in the last few days. I might start doing this occasionally — the things I grab may or may not be of interest to anyone else, but they catch my eye for one reason or another. Make of that what you will.
- Australia gets drunk, wakes up in North Atlantic.
- Apple finally released new PowerMac G4s, hitting the 1 Ghz mark.
- Even though I just switched to Movable Type for my weblogging software, it’s tempting to take a closer look at Radio Userland — maybe next time I redesign.
- Someone found a really cool way to find their stolen iMac.
- DVDFile has a really cool article about the creation of the Tron DVD.
- We could someday be living inside transparent concrete homes.
- TV stations can now use a machine to ‘compress’ television shows so that they’re shorter — allowing them to sell more commercials.
