This entry was published at least two years ago (originally posted on July 17, 2003). Since that time the information may have become outdated or my beliefs may have changed (in general, assume a more open and liberal current viewpoint). A fuller disclaimer is available.
Here’s something amusing — given the fluid nature of the ‘net, it may not last for terribly long, but it works for now:
- Go to Google.
- Put “who will be president in 2004?” into the search field (no quotes).
- Hit the “I’m feeling lucky” button.
For future reference, as of 7/17/2003, the result is Howard Dean’s campaign homepage. :)

heheh. The powers of Google are mighty. That search engine continues to amaze me.
I wonder how long the search result will stay that way?
That’s not the response I got yesterday!
I got this page.
Now when I type it in though, I get Howard Dean’s site as top pick.
How funny. To tell the truth, I like some of the ideas he’s got on that page. They may not be workable in the real world, but I like ’em.
Well, between the page Kristen found and the Howard Dean site…
A question springs to mind.
Which is the worse of the two evils, someone who is obvious in their ‘evil’ or someone who disguises it, as a wolf in sheep’s clothing?
Hm — am I to take that as meaning you see Dean as “a wolf in sheep’s clothing”? I’d be curious to hear your reasoning on that one.
