Scribbled notes while watching Wednesday night’s episode of Lost. Spoilers, obviously, so only read further if you want to…
- Sun and Jin get the flashbacks this week.
- Time to join the two tribes…or at least start trying to.
- Anna-Lucia’s doing the “speak slowly and loudly and maybe they’ll understand” bit when she talks to Jin. Ugh.
- Inland: “That’s where they came from…”
- Mike’s off to find Walt.
- Ooh…we like Mr. Eko. And Jin for going after Michael.
- Korean: “po-po” = a kiss.
- Heh…oops. There’s still pigs on this side of the island.
- And corpses.
- How long before Sun finds her ring in a pocket or something?
- Locke’s very zen sometimes.
- Mr. Eko: “They don’t leave tracks.”
- Locke tracked Ethan…maybe he’s a better tracker than Echo?
- These Others are barefoot, wouldn’t leave as many tracks. Was Ethan wearing shoes to fit in with the other crash survivors? I don’t remember.
- One of the Others has a cute teddybear. A kid?
- Flashback: Yay Jin (for walking off the doorman job)!
- Mr. Eko is the tail section’s version of Locke. Could be interesting to watch those two face off and try to out-zen each other.
- Y’know, digging a big hole in the sand to bury a bottle would be an easy way to lose a ring.
- Heh. Bingo.
- Preview: we’re in the mid-season hiatus. Three weeks to wait — and SOMEONE’S GOING TO DIE — oh no3s!!1!1!!!eleventy-one!
Oooooh.
So. Who’s going to die?
Jin’s command of English got a boost after a head-butt from that wild boar…
As far as I can tell, there’s no way for us to view the results of the poll, Mike …
