This entry was published at least two years ago (originally posted on August 18, 2015). Since that time the information may have become outdated or my beliefs may have changed (in general, assume a more open and liberal current viewpoint). A fuller disclaimer is available.
This one’s for mom and dad, who use the Alaska Native words “Aga” and “Apa” rather than “grandma/mother” and “grandpa/father” with their grandchildren. The “in” on the end of “again” getting rubbed off made it look like part of this restaurant’s mission is a plan to return mum (Aga) soon. I was rather surprised that they’d taken her, but am glad they’re working on returning her.
