- My Famous Awkward Family Today, at long last, I got my copy of the AFP book, which uses _both_ photos we submitted! One is on the back cover, and one is given the place of honor as the first featured photo in the book, opening Chapter One. We're also given thanks in the Acknowledgements section as the first family to send in a shot. ➡

- Leaving Seattle It's official -- Prairie and I have a new apartment! The third place of four that we looked at ended up hitting all our 'gotta have it' qualifications, our 'would be nice if' qualifications, plus a bunch of other goodies that sold us. ➡

- Goth Pride fundraiser Last night I made a rare mid-week visit to the Vogue, as they were having a fundraiser for the local goth community's entry into this Sunday's Pride parade. It gave me a chance to play a little bit with low-light photography, experimenting with various shutter speeds to see if I could get anything decent. ➡
