So, am I an X or a Y?
For the most part I agree but the Y seems a little big but, maybe I’m not the right guy to comment on that.
You have to ask, Prairie? X and Y, of course! ;)
Hmm, Actually I think Prairie makes a good point here –
why are X and Y separate? are they mutually exclusive?

It is one of those equations found in formal logic.
For example, I assume some of the X group could be male, so would not fall into the Y group, and not all in the Y group might be useful, however aesthetically pleasing.
So, in formal logic (I forget all the symbols after all these years) X can = Y and Y can = X but belonging to either X or Y does not mean mutual incusivity, so X does not always = Y and vice versa.
