There is a somewhat related medical term. I do not have a medical dictionary, so the spelling is phonetic and approximate. It is hypermammiferrious – which means the chest is very, very large.

In this case, colpo- clearly most closely relating to cleft/cleavage. Hence, “the act of considering cleavage to be the essential element”. I get it now.
