Since I’ll hit 20 years of blogging this November, this year I’m posting a daily list of anything I published on this day in the past.

    • Harris v. Pence Watched the first hour of the VP debate (which means I turned it off before the fly landed, which I’m a little disappointed about). On the whole, I thought Harris did well. She had actual answers for the questions, presented them solidly (even when they were answers I didn’t like, such as the repeated emphasis […]

    • Turns out the #tinydinosaur is a fan of, well…whatever kind of architecture this is. He’s not quite educated enough to know the terminology, just that he likes it.

    • About the server switch Okay, so what's up with switching servers? Those of you who are regulars have probably seen me mention that I was considering doing this a time or two in the past, and now I've just gone and done it. Well, really, the primary motivation is very simple…
    • Server Switch If you're seeing this entry, it means that the transfer to my new server has gone through. Expect images to be broken for a while as I get them transferred over — all the actual information should be here, though.
    • Ex-cellent… Parody image of Edwards and his opponet at the VP debates.

    • 42 minutes Not having a digital video camera to play with video bits, and hot having any multi-megabyte Photoshop files to play with, I have to admit that I haven't exactly been taxing my G5 since I got it. I'm loving the speed, to be sure — but I also know I haven't even begun to push the limits of what this machine can do.
    • No kidding Microsoft Digital Image Pro 9: Sorry, this file can't be opened.

    • Shameless greed Seeing as how Christmas is slightly less than three months away, I figured I'd indulge my lust for new-'n'-shiny-things and add a link to my Amazon Wishlist to my site (it's towards the bottom of the sidebar, just above the shameless plea for money — gotta keep my greed centralized!).
    • The argument for war So it seems that Bush will be making his case for war against Iraq tonight on television. Unfortunately, I'll be at work, and won't be able to listen in. Bummer.
    • Not In Our Name rally Today was the day for NION rallies across the country. Something of a new experience for me — I'm fairly vocal with my friends and occasionally here on my site about my beliefs, but I'd yet to ever actually participate in anything like this. I figured it was time to 'put my money where my mouth is', so to speak, and so about 12:30pm we started walking up to Volunteer Park for the rally, in time to get there right about 1pm when it was scheduled to start.
