Year 50 Day 134

This entry was published at least two years ago (originally posted on September 13, 2023). Since that time the information may have become outdated or my beliefs may have changed (in general, assume a more open and liberal current viewpoint). A fuller disclaimer is available.

Me standing outside in the sun at the end of a pier.

Day 134: Today was a work training retreat held at the MaST, Highline College’s Marine Science and Technology Center. So in addition to the official stuff, I got to have lunch sitting out in the sun on the pier, and then watch some of the aquarium critters (including a 7-foot-long wolf eel and a small red octopus) get fed. Not a bad workday at all!

Bonus photos: Me under a grey whale skeleton, the wolf eel, and the red octopus.

Me standing underneath a grey whale skeleton suspended from the ceiling of the MaST center.

A grey with dark spots, slightly lumpy, and very grumpy-looking wolf eel.

A small red octopus, with a darker grey-ish color and spikey textured surface, sitting on a dark rock with its tentacles curled up under its body.
