This hat showed up in the mail — it’s got to be a graduation present from Dad and/or Mom. A bit ahead of the game, perhaps, but the optimism is appreciated! (153/366)

Chucks of the day (1/?): low tops, black with maroon stripe, black/grey/maroon striped tongue and lining, black laces. #chucks #converse

My one #tattoo…so far. Funny thing is, I don’t even really remember quite when I got it, only that it was a couple years or so before I left Alaska (so…1998/99-ish?). I have plans for one, perhaps two more…but one of those I’ve had in mind for nearly as long as I’ve had this one, so it obviously isn’t a terribly high priority. Just something to get around to eventually. (152/366)

It’s a pretty yard, but some days the upkeep is a royal pain in the butt. (151/366)

My Memorial Day #Chucks; one of three patriotic-themed pairs I found recently.

Just playing around. Rawwrrr!

This Criminal Minds episode is all about the evils and dangers of selfies (via a #MirrorMan serial killer targeting and tracking people through social media)…so it seemed appropriate to put that on the background of today’s shot. (150/366)

A while ago, I was followed on Instagram by @miniatureplasticdeer – I don’t know why, if it was random or if the account is run by someone who knows me (I have a couple friends who run accounts for their businesses), but it amused me. While #miniatureplasticdeer aren’t quite my style, I do have an elephant that came with a cupcake a long time ago, and for fun today, I got a grrrasaurus (pretty sure that’s the scientific classification). We’ll see how often they make appearances. At the moment, they’re enjoying an episode of Criminal Minds.

Mmm…Prairie brought breakfast treats back from her trip to Calgary! My first Canadian donuts. :)
