Proof! Proof that Alaska is sometimes a bit of a time warp! #blockbuster #blockbustervideo #vhs

Dad and me. Mom says this was at her parents’ house in Indianapolis in December of ’73, the day he came home from a tour stationed in Thailand during the Vietnam War. I’d be about eight months old.

Me and Kev, August of 1992. Mom’s comment: “These are the children of parents who decided it wasn’t worth worrying about what they did with their hair.” 😂

Kevin and me, late ’90s sometime. I miss my “DIE YUPPIE SCUM” shirt (which was most frequently pronounced as if it was German: “dee yoopee skoom”)!

My mom’s engagement announcement portrait.

Heading up to Alaska to help mom out for a few days. Unexpected adventures!
