It got cold last night – depending on which source we check, Eburg is somewhere between 5° and -3° this morning. The hoarfrost on everything is really pretty, though.

Know what I never had to do last winter? Shovel. Know what I’ve done four times so far, with more to come? Shovel. Ugh.
Snow, snow, and more snow. It’s a pain to deal with, but very pretty.
At least Alaskans know how to clear our cars off. None of this lazy foolishness that I see all over the place here, that leaves both headlights, the rear windshield, and half the front windshield covered, with piles of loose snow on the roof poised to blow back onto the person driving immediately behind. #notthatimopinionatedaboutthesethings #nosir
