We had some crazy, proverbial pea soup, Exorcist poster levels of fog in the ‘Burg tonight. Creepy, but pretty!

A different and more honest shot of the great Ellensburg whirlpool I posed earlier. Not nearly as impressive when you can tell it’s just an overloaded culvert! ;)

So…Ellensburg. About the giant whirlpool that’s about to suck us all down into a watery vortex of doom…. It’s of some concern.

Really pretty morning. Clear skies and sun after yesterday’s snow.

It started snowing, so I took a short break for a quick walk outside. :)

This year’s crop of Philip K. Dick nominees are here! Guessing I’ll be too busy with schoolwork to have them read by @norwescon #nwc38, but I’ll see how many I can get through!

I haven’t worn a watch in decades. Got an inexpensive one to start getting used to it again before the Apple Watch is released. Just in case, y’know.

Santa or eyeball? This time of year the candy bowl on my desk is always an amusing mix of leftover Halloween and Christmas candy.
