My senior portraits, all of which make me laugh now. Top left, Air Force cadet. Top right, Ivy League professor. Bottom left, the stripes on my shirt are aligned with the backdrop! And bottom right, Miami Vice. Aaahhh, the early ’90s!

A cup from the 1893 world’s fair. The initials (HLW) are those of my mom’s grandfather’s sister (so, my…great-grand-aunt or something?), Harriet Wills (we think).

Dad and me. Mom says this was at her parents’ house in Indianapolis in December of ’73, the day he came home from a tour stationed in Thailand during the Vietnam War. I’d be about eight months old.

Me and Kev, August of 1992. Mom’s comment: “These are the children of parents who decided it wasn’t worth worrying about what they did with their hair.” 😂

Kevin and me, late ’90s sometime. I miss my “DIE YUPPIE SCUM” shirt (which was most frequently pronounced as if it was German: “dee yoopee skoom”)!
